In this period of time, the rapid development of digital technologies has led to a cardinal change in the use of marketing tools and mechanisms in the e-commerce market. Automation, robotization and intellectualization of processes allowed to obtain a significant number of advantages, especially in business activities, which led to significant changes not only in the model itself, but also in the market as a whole. There is a tendency for a shortage of young specialists who have mastered digital technologies that the labor market requires.
Stepanets Maria Eduardovna, a student of the Faculty of Economics, direction "Economics" became a laureate of the All-Russian competition of scientific research works of students, undergraduates, graduate students, applicants and young scientists "CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF YOUNG RESEARCHERS".
The competition was organized by the Academy of Pedagogical Ideas “Novatsia”. Competition works "The functions of participants in the decision-making process based on the implementation of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex" and "Development of the e-commerce market" were carried out under the scientific supervision of Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory, Marketing and Agroeconomics – Kazarova Angelina Yakovlevna.
